By accessing and using the Budo platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Budo is a HIPAA-compliant communication platform designed for healthcare professionals, therapists, consultants, and other service providers. The platform provides secure client communication, time tracking, billing, scheduling, reporting, file management, AI note-taking, and other professional practice management tools.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Budo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in these Terms.
You authorize Budo to charge your designated payment method for all fees owed. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BUDO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BUDO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
